What is Learn To Play?
A.M.P’s Learn to Play Video Series consists of 30 separate episodes featuring a Queen’s Varsity student-athlete explaining and performing exercises, skills, drills, or activities related to their sport to promote a healthy and active lifestyle. With the help of Queen’s Athletics and the Queen’s Varsity Leadership Council, A.M.P. was able to recruit over 30 athletes from across 6 different teams within Queen’s Athletics to bring the video series to fruition!
